Buck Barry, 1917-1999, was a Saturday morning kids' TV show. Broadcast on television station WOOD-TV in Grand Rapids, MI. It ran in the 60s and 70s and starred the pistol-packing cowboy and his horse Thunder.

Barry hosted the Popeye Theater and had games with prizes to be won, much like Bozo the Clown.

Barry also hosted a radio show and a different television show.

Born Chet Barry, he had appeared in small roles in Gene Autry movies. He also was in a touring Wild West Show.

He was known for visiting children in hospitals.

Barry retired and moved to El Paso, Texas.
