Buck Humphrey

Hubert Horatio "Buck" Humphrey IV is the son of former Minnesota attorney general Hubert H. Humphrey III and Nancy Lee Humphrey.

He is also the grandson of former US Vice President Hubert Humphrey and former Second Lady and US Senator Muriel Humphrey.

In 2002 he ran unsuccessfully for Minnesota Secretary of State as the Democratic-Farmer-Labor Party candidate against the Republican incumbent Mary Kiffmeyer. He is currently considering a run for retiring Representative Jim Ramstad house seat in the 3rd Congressional District of Minnesota.

Humphrey is also considered to be one of the front runners for the DFL endorsement for Governor in Minnesota^{[citation needed]}

Humphrey serves as the Minnesota State Director for the Hillary Clinton Presidential Campaign.
