I was reading your comment that the get conflict problem affects both men and women. While women are the most prevalent group to suffer, the issue which is incorrect on the get page still is the emerging law that when a man or woman sign a prenuptial agreement and it is violated, it is an issue of contract. The article is incorrect as it stands.

Well, this is better on my talk page, but basically the article is protected and I'm inclined to let it stay that way for while since it's mostly right. Unprotecting it in the near-term could invite further vandalism from an overly interested (and currently banned) editor.Bruno23
