Bruce Dinsmore is a Canadian voice actor born in Vancouver. He voices Binky Barnes in Arthur, Tubby Tompkins in The Little Lulu Show, and Jervis Coltrane and Mr. Hutchins in What's With Andy? (2003-2007).
A graduate of the National Theatre School[1], Bruce Dinsmore is also doing new episodes of the YTV hit "Prank Patrol".
