Bruce Dale (born February 2, 1980) is an Honours Graduate of the Ontario College of Art and Design, with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree. He is an independent media artist and filmmaker who is currently in post-production on two short films. Recognized for his vision, interdisciplinary artistic abilities and passion for the craft of filmmaking, Bruce continues to develop his knowledge and skills as a Cinematographer.
Bruce is the former Program Director and Arts Instructor for Imagination Works, School of the Arts, where he taught classes in visual art and video production. He has also worked on the sets of Degrassi: The Next Generation, Cosmetic Innovations on Fashion Television, "The Art of Building Bodies" on CHTV, various television commercials, short films, documentaries and corporate videos, in a variety of different roles. For the past four years, Bruce has continued to work as a professional storyboard artist, collaborating with a range of different directors and producers.
Bruce Dale is currently working closely with long time friend Dave McRae on the film Port Robinson Road for which he is attached as director of photography.
