The current version of this article has a clear POV, starting with the first sentence --

"Future telecommunication networks should have the following characteristics..." [my emphasis]

This article doesn't seem well written... material is sort of scattered over the range and there is no clear building from a foundation or context... I think the article should simply be re-written. --User:Steve Buckman 17 July 2007
