Author/Editor/Copyright Owner is Blumenberg Associates LLC (cf Bennett Blumenberg). My company owns the original, rare photograph that was scanned and thus the copyright 1994-2007 for the digital image. URL for this image is http://www.ahrtp.com/HallofFameOnline3/ where this 'comp', embedded with an invisible Digimarc watermark, is freely available.

With respect to questions raised as to copyright status on July 7, 2007, our company does not own the negative from which this real photo postcard was made. As I understand copyright law in situations such as this, copyright expired when the company owning the negative for this real photo postcard went out of business in the early years of the 20th century. Our due diligence has failed to establish that the copyright for this photo was subsequently renewed by any company.
