Brookfield Engineering

Broookfield Engineering, based in Middleboro, Massachusetts[1][2] is a manufacturer of viscometers and texture analyzers. Started by Don Brookfield in 1934 [1], Brookfield first manufactured dial-reading rotational viscometers, but the company now also manufactures cone-and plate rheometers and a variety of specialized texture-analyzing systems.
