Broadway Sand, Gravel and Artstone Company Website: [1], dba Broadway SGA, was formed in 1906 in Cleveland, Ohio by Charles Komarek. In 2005, almost 100 years later, the company completely changed it's focus, management and name. The company's CEO became Paul Komarek, b.1981, from Cleveland, Ohio.
Broadway SGA again changed its business structure and name in 2007 to Komarek & Associates and moved its business to Silicon Valley (San Jose), California. Komarek & Associates is a licensed tax practice as well as a bookkeeping, business management consulting and web design firm. It is also the parent company of MoonX.com, one of the largest domain registrars and hosting companies in California, NorcalToner.com Website: [2], and several other small businesses based in Cleveland, Ohio and San Francisco, California.
