A note on posting articles on Wikipedia -- you can't generally reprint writing that you've published elsewhere here, for several reasons --

  1. Wikipedia doesn't allow original research, and everything must be encyclopedic and neutral;
  2. Everything placed on Wikipedia must be placed under the GFDL license -- in other words anyone can use it and reprint it for other purpose, and you lose the right to specify what can be done with the article.
  3. Also, we generally discourage people from working on, or starting, their own biography.
