Brian, I have made a statement on my talk page, I am very disapointed by your judgement, and your lack of research. Commoncase (talk) 10:05, 21 March 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Orphaned non-free media (Image:Vmk-halloween.jpg)

Thanks for uploading Image:Vmk-halloween.jpg. The media description page currently specifies that it is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, it is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the media was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that media for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).

If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that all non-free media not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. Jusjih (talk) 03:06, 12 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Disputed fair use rationale for Image:Onemorething.jpg

Thanks for uploading Image:Onemorething.jpg. However, there is a concern that the rationale you have provided for using this image under "fair use" may be invalid. Please read the instructions at Wikipedia:Non-free content carefully, then go to the image description page and clarify why you think the image qualifies for fair use. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to ensure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If it is determined that the image does not qualify under fair use, it will be deleted within a couple of days according to our criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the media copyright questions page. Thank you.BetacommandBot (talk) 16:57, 2 January 2008 (UTC)

[edit] What can be done?

Brian, Can you tell me what can be done? One editor has taken to removing provable info claiming that it is false and promotional. The entry I'm specifically talking about is Sideshow Cinema which gives a list of a stable of actors that work for Michael Legge on stage and screen. R. fiend has been for years fighting against information about Legge and his films and some of his actors. I don't know why. I have edited the article over a long period of time and I keep finding that R. fiend is removing one of the actors in the list. I am a big fan of the Michael Legge films as he is an award winning actor and director. I don't want to get into an edit war with this guy, but I'm right and he is wrong. The actor he keeps removing Borgman has worked with Legge many times. He was in The Fabulous Imbecile and Democrazy in which I have the DVD and can read his name in the credits. If you have the time and can check out the history and what keeps being deleted and see if it's promotional or just informative and what can be done or changed to allow this info to be included I'd be very thankful. Sorry for the run-on sentence. :) Thank you Plank (talk) —Preceding comment was added at 15:24, 1 February 2008 (UTC)
