[edit] Badly written article

This was meant to have been about Police Cadets but then goes on about Volunteer Police Cadets without mentioning the difference.

The whole article needs a re-write as its pointless to list Forces which do have such schemes in the way - whats wrong with a proper list?--Pandaplodder 16:22, 1 July 2007 (UTC)
