Expansion suggestions:
- wikilink author names to articles (some exist, most don't)
- give original dates of those volumes which have gone to a second edition
- detail which ones were "firsts" (i.e. no previous checklist existed for the country in question) and for those that aren't, the gap since the previous most recent checklist
- any special features e.g. the Cape Verde list used the PSC
