I am about to do something unusual to this page. I am going to temporarily make it a Wikipedia:Policy page to see what effect that has on the listings in Category:Policy. This is related to a survey I am doing on Wikipedia_talk:Avoid_instruction_creep. Please leave the edit alone for an hour or so, I will erase it when I'm done.
