[edit] history

im not so sure about this, but i heard that brickfields was the site of KTM train depot, or something, back in pre-independence era. so most original residents of brickfields were rail workers, where they live in rail quarters. most of the rail workers were indians from india, brought in by the brits. hence, this is why there is many indians living here today. any comments?--Kawaputra 10:05, 9 October 2006 (UTC)
