Can we fix this section? In particular, can we address the characterization of Setencich voting to "focus on pending legislation instead of political infighting," which seems awfully NPOV to me? Are there decent sources for this paragraph? Zimbardo Cookie Experiment 15:39, 8 April 2007 (UTC)

Also need to fix the last paragraph either cut the diatribe or link to some references.
