Brivant Ltd is an Irish medical device company, specialising in the design and manufacture of percutaneous medical instruments. Brivant supplies CE marked and FDA registered medical devices to the customer ready for clinical use.

Brivant Ltd. was started in 2001 by experienced personnel from within the large medical device industry in Galway, Ireland.

Brivant specialises in the production and design of guidewires. A guidewire is a long and flexible fine spring used to introduce and position an intravascular angiographic catheter[1]. Due to the nature of the product, the company has become experts in centerless grinding and coil winding.
