British Journal of Psychiatry

The British Journal of Psychiatry is a British peer reviewed scientific journal published monthly by The Royal College of Psychiatrists containing original research, systematic reviews etc. relating to the area of psychiatry. According to the journal's editor, the primary audience is psychiatrists, clinical psychologists, and all professionals with an interest in mental health.[1] The journal's impact factor is 5.436.[1]
The abbreviation of the article generally used in citations and PubMed is Br J Psychiatry.
