British Car Auctions (BCA),is the largest vehicle remarketing business in Europe, with an annual turnover in excess of £3 billion.[1]

The company was founded in 1946, by David Wickens in the Midlands, when he sold his mothers car on a plot of land, and he named his company Southern Counties Motor Auctions.
The company makes use of both auction sites and online selling to remarket vehicles from thirty eight centres in eleven countries across Europe. It handles the logistics for over 1 million vehicles per year, including collections, deliveries, vehicle inspection, storage and vehicle preparation.[1]
