Brigham's Ice Cream

Brigham's Ice Cream is an ice cream manufacturer and restaurant chain that operates throughout New England. It is based in Arlington, Massachusetts. [1] The company maintains a strong regional identity going out of its way to use regional terms such as "wicked" (extremely) and "frappe" (milkshake with ice cream), and makes reference to events with special significance to New Englanders, such as the Big Dig and the 2004 World Series. Brigham's was founded in 1924 by Edward L. Brigham in Newton Highlands, Massachusetts. [3] In 1929, it merged with Symmes' Durand Company, and began to shift is focus from Newton to Boston. In the 1960s, they merged with Star Markets. In 1993, Brigham's bought Élan Frozen Yogurt, expanding its menu. Today, there are 27 locations throughout Massachusetts. Although November and December are traditionally the worst months for ice cream retail, these are the months Brigham's has its highest sales.

- Coffee Fudge - Coffee flavor loosely mixed with fudge sauce.
- Dice-Kream (originally called Reverse the Curse, prior to the 2004 Red Sox World Champions title, then renamed Curse Reversed!, until 2007) - Vanilla with chocolate-coated peanuts and chocolate-coated caramel pieces, loosely mixed with fudge sauce.

- Raspberry Lime Rickey Sherbet - A combination of raspberry and lime flavoring in sherbet.

- Whoopie Pie - Chocolate loosely mixed with frosting.
- Wicked Chocolate - Chocolate loosely mixed with fudge, with brownie pieces added.
- Xtreme Razberry - A raspberry ice cream with raspberry filled chocolate cups and fudge mixed in.
