Brian Volk-Weiss (born May 28, 1976 in Queens, New York) is an American television producer.

Volk-Weiss attended the University of Iowa and graduated in 1998. Since then he has worked with Dane Cook, producing a pair of Cook's CDs which have since been certified platinum in sales. He also appeared in Tourgasm, which airs on HBO.
Other programmes produced by Volk-Weiss include Dane's Vicious Circle for HBO, U.S. of ANT for MTV, and The Next Best Thing for ABC. He has also produced three feature-length films — The Gray In Between, Employee of the Month, and Good Luck Chuck (starring Cook and Jessica Alba).
He currently lives and works in Los Angeles for New wave Entertainment.
