Brian Pollard is a taxi driver and filmmaker, and in the 2006 Canadian federal election, was a candidate for the New Democratic Party in Charlottetown.

Pollard ran in the 2006 Canadian federal election, receiving 2,126 votes, and coming in third place to Shawn Murphy.

Pollard is also a documentary filmmaker, having produced works for the National Film Board, Vision TV, and for the Government of Prince Edward Island.
