Brian McTaggart

Brian McTaggart (born August 24, 1970) is a sports writer for the Houston Chronicle.

McTaggart previously worked for The Houston Post and The Brazosport Facts. He has covered the Houston Astros since 2004 and previously covered Rice University sports and prep sports. A native of Clydebank, Scotland, McTaggart graduated from the University of Houston.
