Brenton Adcock is a former Australian rules footballer who played 259 games with Sturt in the SANFL from 1962 to 1974.
Adcock was a key member of the Sturt defence in a prolific era for the club, playing in a sequence of five successive premierships starting in 1966 and ending in 1970. Usually occupying a back pocket, it was in that position that he was named in Sturt's official 'Team of the Century'. At interstate level Adcock was a regular representative for South Australia, with some of his 20 state games taking place at the 1966, 1969 and 1972 carnivals. He was selected into the All-Australian team in the 1966 Hobart Carnival.
