Brenda Epperson

Brenda Epperson Doumani (b. 1965) is a devout Christian American actress and singer who was born in Hollywood, California.
Epperson is perhaps most famous for playing Ashley Abbott on The Young And The Restless. Her father, Don Epperson, was both a country singer and co starred with John Wayne in Big Jake. After his sudden death in 1973, Brends's mother, Sherry, was left to raise two daughters.
She has toured Europe as the opening act for Lionel Richie.
Epperson started a children's choir for H.U.P. (Hollywood Urban Project, a church based organization) an inner city choir that reaches out to the children through music and shows them the strength and power of God's love and the children's own self worth.
She attended Southern California College where she sang and studied with an emphasis on getting to Hollywood.
