Talk:Brandywine, Maryland

Removed "...without city water services, and in 2006 is just getting its first housing development, "Chadds Ford". Also home to the subdivision Burch Hill Meadows". Historically the "first housing development" goes back to the late 19th century. There are quite a few housing developments in Brandywine. Maybe its the first in the 21st century, but that would go in "history" or a special "Developments" category, not the main description. Also, there are large parts of Brandywine that have city water.
