This topic really is just trademark infringement and should probably be included as part of the trademark section. While I corrected the category from "copyright infringement" to "trademark law" as a first step, I would still suggest merging this article. LQ 20:33, 16 August 2006 (UTC)

Brand piracy is not necessarily trademark infringement. It comes close, however it does relate. --Jeffrey 00:31, 6 July 2007 (UTC)
