[edit] Post Mill

Info on post mill The last one was a post mill at the top of Far Street (grid reference SK581311), built before 1832, derelict in the 1870's and burnt down on November 5th 1880 . It had an open trestle and a tailpole. conflics with Notts County Council history of Bradmore which states The last one was a post mill at the top of Far Street which became so derelict in the early 1900s that it was dynamited.Bradmore History Regards --palmiped |  Talk  17:21, 4 June 2008 (UTC)

  • It is most likely that it was the brick base that was dynamited in the early 1900s, with the wooden tower burnt in 1880.--palmiped |  Talk  00:20, 5 June 2008 (UTC)
