I believe that this image is fair use, as:

1. The image is of much lower resolution than the original (copies made from it will be of very inferior quality).
2. It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell or market the work in any way.
3. It is solely being used to identify the film and illustrate its marketing in an informational capacity.
