Brady Education Foundation was incorporated in Wisconsin in 1956. The Foundation, which is linked to the founders of Brady Corporation[1], undertook a major grant-making initiative in 2003 after changing its name from W. H. Brady Foundation.[2] The foundation has made large grants to a number of conservative organizations, including American Enterprise Institute for Public Policy Research, Independent Women's Forum, Acton Institute For the Study of Religion and Liberty, Manhattan Institute for Policy Research, Claremont Institute for the Study of Statesmanship and Federalist Society for Law and Public Policy Studies.[3]

The foundations latest tax returns show assets of $13,092,719.[4] The Foundation, a member of the North Carolina Network of Grantmakers,[5] is currently in a 5-year hiatus period and is not accepting unsolicited grants.[2]
