Sorry, there was a mistake from my part; I used the wrong template message to make that edit. I would encourage you to read the new version of Wikipedia:Stub - written by me and the guys over at WP:WSS - so that you can understand the issue fully. Today we have managed to eliminate all generic stubs, there are about 10 of those left out of the original dozens of thousand articles, and your article was on that list of articles which remained, so I removed the generic stub tag from it. What the message was supposed to say was "Please only use the stub tag once the article has been transefered to the main Wikipedia namespace". if you have any doubts, feel free to contact me once more.
