Boursorama

Boursorama is an European online financial services company. Activities range from stock broking to direct banking and financial informations.
The Boursorama group is present in France [1], Germany [2] [3], the United Kingdom [4] and Spain [5].
The brokerage started in France in 1995 under the name Fimatex with online order via the minitel system. A separate financial information portal named Boursorama.com was created that same year in Nancy. The two merged in 2003 and retained the brand Boursorama.
The group has been present in Germany since 1997 where it retains the Fimatex brand. In the United Kingdom and Spain, the Group is present with the Selftrade brand.
Boursorama is listed on the Euronext Nouveau Marché in Paris (ISIN: FR0000075228, Euronext code: BRS, Reuters code: FMTX.LN, Bloomberg code: BRS FP). The company is majority ownned by banking group Société Générale and 20% by la Caixa.
