Which eight ISPs? Where is the exchange located? Does it have a web page? Can you summarize the organizational form and membership policies? How much traffic is it carrying?

http://www.info.bw/index.shtml says that as of March 31, 2006, there are only three participants: "At the time of writing BTG (Info Botswana and Global Internet Access), VBN and the Government's Department of IT have functioning connections." UUNet Botswana is also claiming to be connected. Is this incorrect?
