Talk:Botball

User:-Midorihana- asked, "I would like to know what more I can do on this article to improve it and its content. Thank you." The advice I usually give is to spend more time looking for sources than writing. This article looks nice, and it might be the start of a fine article, but it doesn't have any sources, since botball.org can't be a source. For example, from one of your notes at botball.org: "Just over one third of Botball students were undecided about their college careers, and after participating in Botball 100% of these students now plan to pursue a degree in a technical or math-related field." 100% of up to 40,000 students don't even tie their shoes, much less make their college decisions based on a botball tournament. Botball.org is self-promotional, and wouldn't be an acceptable source even if it weren't.
Here are some newspaper sources, which I found through news.google.com. You'll probably find many more sources if you check their archives. I'm not familiar with these newspapers and I can't speak for their reliability, but they had good content and style:
