What is the basis for stating that the football team was National Champions in 1940?
[edit] -->Boston College Eagles
I propose changing the name of this page to Boston College Eagles. Any comments? --Bleupelouse 06:22, 4 January 2006 (UTC)
- I agree, this move would be in keeping with the WikiProject College football. Intrepidsfsu 03:22, 12 July 2007 (UTC)
Should there be a mention of the fire in the BC-Holy Cross rivalry section? PaulC/T+ 08:37, 7 May 2006 (UTC)
I'm not sure when it was suggested, but the football does really needed to be split to its own article. It is getting too long for this page and they are a rather prominent team so should have their own page. If there are no objections, I'll do this soon (or whoever suggested it can do it) Phydend 15:15, 20 July 2007 (UTC)
- I'll be making the split soon. If you have any questions, please contact me at my talk page. Ian Manka 20:49, 14 August 2007 (UTC)
