As far as proportions go, no information is shown in the picture that would reveal anything the publishers do not already reveal for free on their website, and the shot of the game does not include any rulebooks or detailed pictures of game art.

The image is of the main subject of the article, and is being used for identification and illustration purposes.

I also believe that the company would not mind the use of its picture in an article, because it helps promote it.
