Bosaro is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Rovigo in the Italian region Veneto, located about 60 km southwest of Venice and about 8 km south of Rovigo. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,391 and an area of 6.0 km².[1]
The municipality of Bosaro contains the frazioni (subdivisions, mainly villages and hamlets) Balladore, Bosco del Monaco, Chiaviche Roncagalle, Gagliani, Gorghetto, and Passo.
Bosaro borders the following municipalities: Arquà Polesine, Guarda Veneta, Polesella, Pontecchio Polesine, Rovigo.
