This image is a screenshot from a copyrighted film, and the copyright for it is most likely owned by the studio which produced the film, and possibly also by any actors appearing in the screenshot. I, BlueCanary9999, declare that this image is under the fair-use rationale because:

1. I have found no free equivalent.
2. The image is not used in a manner that would replace its original market role.
3. It is used minimally. Also, only a portion of the entire movie-screen sized screenshot is used.
4. It was published outside of Wikipedia.
5. It meets general Wikipedia content requirements and is encyclopedic.
6. It meets Wikipedia's media-specific policy.
7. It is used in at least one article (Borg (Star Trek)).
8. Its presence would significantly increase readers' understanding of the topic, and its omission would be detrimental to that understanding.
9. It is only allowed in articles (not disambiguation pages), and only in the article namespace.
10. The image description contains an attribution of the source of the material, copyright tag, and the name of each article in which fair use is claimed for the item, and a separate fair use rationale for each use of the item, as explained at Wikipedia:Non-free use rationale guideline; the rationale is presented in clear, plain language, and is relevant to each use.
11. The image is necessary to the article (Borg (Star Trek) because the Borg Queen is the leader of the Borg. An image to show the leader is extremely useful, and contrasts the Borg and the Borg Queen.
