Blasonierung: In von Blau gesäumtem Gold ein blaues Balkenkreuz. 1 ein blaues Flügelkreuz, 2 ein blauer Eichenzweig mit einer Eichel und zwei Blättern, 3 zwei blaue Fische übereinander und 4 drei schwebende blaue Wellenbalken.
