I believe this image meets the requirements of fair use for the Redfox (comic) article only, because:

it is included solely to illustrate the main character of the comic
no free replacement is possible
no loss of income to the copyright owner is likely, particularly as the comic has been out of print for many years
the cover of a book or comic is intended, in part, as promotional material for the copyrighted work
