I've readded the POV tag. The article lacks citation on many claims (overstaffing, corrupt, lack of profitability) and some of the citation present is also not public-viewable (registration required for the Economist). Please provide citation or remove the claims before removing the POV tag. --Makuro (talk) 21:47, 5 January 2008 (UTC)
