Bonny Barry

Veronica Lesley "Bonny" Barry (born 30 January 1960) is an Australian Labor Party Member (MP) for the seat of Aspley. Elected to the Queensland Legislative Assembly in 2001. Barry is a registered nurse with over twenty years experience.

She is the Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Education and Training and Minister for the Arts, Rod Welford.

Barry was born in Blackall, Queensland and is married, with one daughter and three sons. She has recently successfully recovered from cancer.
