[edit] Biography
Bone Crusher was born in Atlanta, Georgia. Before his solo success, Bone Crusher was one of the Lyrical Giants, a crew that worked with Too Ugly and Erick Sermon and whose other members were Baby B and Bizar. Both appear on Bone Crusher's debut album.
The large MC had a tumultuous start to his career. He bounced with the Lyrical Giants from one label to the next before landing on his feet with Jermaine Dupri and his newly reorganized So So Def label. When So So Def moved to Virgin, Bone Crusher left the label along with YoungBloodZ but still remains under Arista Records.
Bone Crusher has been featured in songs with Youngbloodz, David Banner, Young Jeezy, Trillville, and T-Pain. He is currently working on his new rock band "The Onslaught" and his third rap album, currently untitled.
Bone Crusher has appeared in the movies ATL and Dead Heist, and is currently involved in several other projects, including short films produced by hip-hop mogul Damien "Tubz" Rees. He is playable in the video game Def Jam Fight For NY, and cameoed in Lil Jon's Put Yo Hood Up video prior to becoming a musician. Bone Crusher was also a contestant on the fourth season of Celebrity Fit Club, and currently holds the all-time record for most weight loss there, having lost 51 lbs. He has also served as a guest judge on the Food Network cooking competition program, Iron Chef America, twice.
Recently, Tallahassee, FL radio personality, Hearty White, released a Bonecrusher tribute song entitled Never Hungry.
On April 21, 2008, Bone Crusher performed at the 2008 National Forensics Association National Tournament at Tennessee State University.
