Talk:Bolas
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Bolas, or "Boleadoras", were used by in a beautiful, rhythmic dance by two very beautiful performers in the Cirque Du Soleil show "Saltimbanco". More information about the show can be found at:

I am very surprised that Dube (www.dube.com) doesn't sell Bolas, because anyone that enjoys percussion and dancing would surely be delighted in learning how to manipulate Bolas. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Ridge-meister (talk • contribs) 03:22, 1 February 2008 (UTC)
Regarding the "avestrucera o something-or-other" thingie: "o" is Spanish for "or." Does anyone know whether those are two separate names?204.95.23.122 06:17, 3 December 2006 (UTC)
- You're right, it looked like a translation mistake. The names suggest they are used to hunt avestruces or ñandúes, two names for the same bird. 201.213.113.115 (talk) 19:27, 30 January 2008 (UTC)
