Peole, I highly doubt the comparison between U.S.Secret Service and historical troops. E.g. the Janissaries were definitely a military, combat force that was not only protecting the sultan, but also fighting the wars. "Security police" link is also doubtful. Let's be either professional or using reliable sources. Best wishes, AlexPU
Hey, under licensing, does anyone have any info on if bodyguards get special permits on certain weapons (example: fully automatics) and other benefits?
