This is a low-resolution image of the Bombay Natural History Society building Hornbill House, downloaded by me from the Czech Republic National Geographic website [1] for fair use in the Wikipedia article on Bombay Natural History Society.

Although this image, BNHSimage_national_geographic.jpg, may be subject to copyright, I (Fowler&fowler«Talk» 23:40, 28 January 2007 (UTC)) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. the image will be used only in the Wikipedia article Bombay Natural History Society as an illustration.
2. Images of BNHS facade are not available in the public domain.
3. This image is being used purely for an educational purpose.
4. Since this is a low-resolution image, it will not adversely affect the copyright owner's ability to market the original image.
