Stations when it was a steam line included the following:
- Bay Ridge
- ? at 3rd Avenue
- Bath Beach Junction, Bath Junction, or 62nd Street at New Utrecht Avenue
- Mapleton or 18th Avenue east of 18th Avenue
- 20th Avenue
- 22nd Avenue (Bay Parkway)
- Kings Highway between Avenue Q and Kings Highway
- Avenue S
- Avenue U? at Lake Lane (Lake Place)
- terminal at the Sea Beach Palace between West 8th Street and West 11th Street
- Branch (not sure from where, since the map to the north doesn't show it)
- Brighton Place at West 3rd Street and Coney Island Plank Road (near Neptune Avenue)
- terminal at Ocean Parkway between Sea Breeze Avenue and West Brighton Avenue
