Whoever made this is dead wrong. 24th doesn't even run through Blue Ridge, and it does not border 85th, Crown Hill does. Blue Ridge borders NW 100th ST to the south and 15th AVE is the main road through it.

You are correct although if you go to the NW corner area, the southern border is actually 105th.
