The use of a low resolution version of this logo constitutes fair use in the Wikipedia article Blueprint_education because:

The low resolution nature of the image prevents reuse which could infringe on the commercial benefit of the copyright owner;
The image and the product it represents are critically discussed by the article;
Blueprint Education has willingly published such images to represent their products.
