The Blue-Mantled Thornbill (Chalcostigma stanleyi) is a species of hummingbird in the Trochilidae family. It is found in Bolivia, Ecuador, and Peru. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist montanes and subtropical or tropical high-altitude grassland.
